Therapy for Teens in Pasadena & Los Angeles, CA

Teenagers are navigating more than most adults realize. Beneath the surface of a busy, high-functioning life, many are quietly struggling-  with anxiety, relationships, identity, or a persistent sense that something feels off but can't quite be named.

When that internal experience starts affecting how they show up at home, in relationships, or within themselves, therapy can help.

Who This Work Is For

This may be the right fit if your teenager is:

  • Smart and self-aware — but still struggling

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected

  • Going through a significant transition or loss

  • Having difficulty in relationships — at home, with peers, or within themselves

  • Ready to do more than just talk about what's happening

The Approach

This work goes beyond symptom management. Sessions are attachment-based, somatic, and trauma-informed- meaning we work with what's happening in the body and in relationships, not just what can be explained in conversation.

For the right teenager, this approach creates change that is felt, not just understood.

A Note For Parents or Caregivers

I work with teenagers 16 and older. Parent involvement is discussed at the outset and structured to support the therapeutic process while preserving your teenager's sense of safety, autonomy, and confidentiality in the work.

Begin Here

If something here resonates- whether you're a parent or caregiver wondering if therapy might help, or a teenager ready to take that first step- reach out. I'm happy to answer any questions and explore whether we might be a good fit.
